Description:
Fat Jack 2024 from the Bikers range is a red wine from the DO Cariñena in Aragón, made from Tempranillo. In the glass it shows a deep ruby-red colour with purple hints. The nose is exuberantly fruity, with ripe cherries, blackberry and plum, complemented by a hint of liquorice and herbs.
On the palate the wine is juicy and full, with plenty of ripe dark fruit, soft tannins and a warm, round texture befitting the sun-drenched vineyards of Cariñena. Fresh acidity keeps everything lively. The finish is smooth and fruity. A generous, uncomplicated everyday red.
Food pairing:
Delicious with burgers, spare ribs and other meat from the barbecue, chilli con carne or a pizza with spicy sausage.
