Cibadiès Blush 2025 is a light rosé from the IGP Pays d'Oc, made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Domaine de Cibadiès in the Languedoc, the estate where the Bonfils family was among the first in the region to plant precisely these two grapes. In the glass the wine shows a very pale, salmon-pink colour. The nose is fresh and delicate, with strawberry, redcurrant and a hint of citrus and white flowers.
On the palate the rosé is dry, light and juicy. The Pinot Noir brings delicate red fruit, the Chardonnay freshness and a soft roundness. Lively acidity gives an invigorating mouthfeel, and the finish is fresh and fruity. An elegant, easy-drinking rosé for sunny days.
Delicious as an aperitif and with salads, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and Provençal cuisine.
