This rosé has a delicate, pale pink colour with a bright sparkle, typical of southern French rosés. The nose is dominated by fresh and fruity aromas, with notes of ripe strawberries, raspberries and a touch of grapefruit. Subtle floral nuances such as orange blossom and a light spiciness can also be detected. On the first sip, the fresh, supple structure stands out. The combination of Grenache and Cinsault makes for a light-footed yet flavourful wine, with a lovely balance between fruitiness and refined acidity. The citrus touch adds to its invigorating character. The finish is pure and elegant, with lingering notes of red fruit and a subtle minerality that gives the wine extra depth.
Delicious as an aperitif, but also an excellent match for summer salads, grilled fish, sushi or light Mediterranean dishes.
