Wijngaardsberg Chardonnay 2022 is a beautiful expression of Dutch viticulture, produced in the hills of Limburg. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine reflects the unique terroir of the Wijngaardsberg, with its limestone-rich soils and cool climate, perfect for producing elegant white wines. The wine has a bright, pale yellow colour with green nuances. On the nose the Chardonnay reveals lively aromas of citrus, green apple and peach, complemented by a subtle touch of vanilla and butter from partial ageing in oak barrels. On the palate the wine offers a lovely balance between freshness and structure, with a refined minerality and a crisp acidity leading to a refreshing, long finish.
