On the nose it offers a refined bouquet of ripe lemon, peach, pineapple and white blossom, with subtle nuances of almond and a light spiciness. The palate is full and balanced, with excellent freshness and minerality. The light oak ageing adds extra complexity without overpowering the fruity and floral notes. The finish is elegant and long, with lingering notes of tropical fruit and a fine spicy touch.
