Poli Amorosa di Dicembre Torcolato is an elegant and special grappa from the Veneto region, where the Poli family has been producing exceptional distillates since 1898. This grappa is made from the marc of Vespaiola grapes, which, after the late harvest, are hung on racks to dry naturally, a process that enhances the intensity of the aromas. The colour is bright golden yellow, with a subtle amber glow from its ageing in wooden barrels. The nose is intense and refined, with floral notes of orange blossom, white roses and honeysuckle, combined with rich aromas of honey, dried peach, vanilla and a hint of almond. On the palate, this grappa is soft and harmonious, with a beautiful balance between sweet notes of honey and dried fruit and light spicy hints. The structure is elegant and velvety, with a refined and persistent finish.
