Rosé des Golfes 2025 is a rosé from the IGP Méditerranée, the designation of origin for south-eastern France, where around two thirds of production is rosé. The wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, the classic trio of southern French rosé. In the glass it shows a pale, crystal-clear pink colour. The nose is fresh and fruity, with strawberry, raspberry, peach and a hint of citrus.
On the palate the rosé is dry, fresh and lively. The Grenache brings juicy red fruit and roundness, the Syrah a little more structure and the Cinsault finesse and freshness. The whole is light and invigorating, with a clean, fruity finish. A true summer rosé in Mediterranean style.
Delicious with grilled fish and prawns, salade niçoise, tapenade and other Mediterranean nibbles.
