The wine has a bright, golden-yellow colour with a light sheen. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, ripe peach, apricot and subtle notes of almond and honey. A light mineral touch gives the wine extra depth. On the palate the wine is supple and balanced, with a refined freshness that goes perfectly with the creamy texture. The ripeness of the fruit is supported by a light spiciness and a subtle nutty touch. The finish is elegant and refined, with lingering fruity and floral notes that keep the wine fresh and lively.
Delicious with grilled fish, scallops, creamy cheeses, poultry in light sauces or a salad with goat's cheese and nuts.
