Description:

a beautiful expression of the Mosel terroir. Produced from old vines (Alte Reben) in the renowned Lieserer Niederberg Helden vineyard, this wine shows impressive concentration and depth. The wine has a brilliant, pale yellow colour and reveals an aromatic bouquet of ripe peaches, lime and subtle floral notes. On the palate the intensity of the old vines comes through, with a rich, layered structure in which fresh fruit is perfectly balanced by a pronounced minerality. The wine has lively acidity that keeps it elegant and fresh, with a long, refined finish that recalls slate soils and citrus fruit.

Food pairing:

An excellent match for refined fish dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, and light dishes with citrus and fresh herbs.
