The nose is fresh and expressive, with notes of citrus fruit such as lime and lemon, green apple and a subtle hint of almond and brioche, thanks to the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. On the palate, Roura Cava Brut offers a lively and refreshing experience. The acidity is well integrated, creating a lovely balance between fruity notes and delicate toasty nuances. The fine bubbles contribute to an elegant structure and a refreshing finish. This Cava is an excellent choice as an aperitif and can also be served with a wide range of dishes.
