The Bacalhôa JP Azeitão Rosé 2023 is an elegant and expressive rosé from the Península de Setúbal, made from Syrah and Aragonez. This combination gives a fruity, fresh wine with a soft, balanced structure. The wine has a bright salmon-pink colour. On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and subtle blossom notes come to the fore, with a light spiciness. On the palate the wine is fresh and juicy, with a lovely balance between ripe red fruit and lively acidity. The structure is silky, and the minerality gives the wine extra depth. The finish is elegant and refreshing, with lingering fruity notes.
