The Apostelhoeve Cuvée XII 2024 is an elegant blend of Müller-Thurgau, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris, which together make a refined and fresh white wine. This cuvée offers a lovely balance between fruitiness and freshness. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear, apple and citrus fruit come to the fore, complemented by subtle floral accents. On the palate the fresh acidity comes through well, giving a lively and invigorating mouthfeel. The combination of grapes makes for a wine that is both fruity and elegant, with a soft, round structure. The wine has a long, refreshing finish and is perfect as an aperitif or with light summer dishes such as salads and asparagus.
Excellent with asparagus, light fish dishes and fresh summer salads.
