Wine tasting with a guided tour
We welcome you for wine tastings with a minimum of 10 people, or for the price of 10 people.
We offer two different wine tastings:
- Standard tasting (2 hours):
6 tasting glasses of wine, each paired with a matching amuse-bouche, including a tour of our authentic wine cellars. - Short tasting (1 hour):
3 tasting glasses of wine, each paired with a matching amuse-bouche, including a tour of our authentic wine cellars
Our amuse-bouches are light and refined, specially created for the ultimate wine and food pairing experience.
DINNER
Prive diner/lunch
For dinner, we offer various options: from an informal walking dinner to an extensive 5-course dinner with matching wines and everything in between. This is available for groups of 15 people or more.
We have our own kitchen, where chef Daan and sous-chef Freek prepare refined dishes with creativity and craftsmanship. All amuse-bouches and dinners are carefully composed to complete your experience.

Drinks package
For a complete experience, we offer a drinks package consisting of a selection of wines from Saint Auriol. We also provide your guests with soft drinks, still and sparkling water, Neubourg beer, and hot drinks.
If you have a preference for other wines from our selection, this can be arranged in consultation for an additional charge.

Meeting package
Holding a meeting in the heart of Maastricht? That's possible at Thiessen.
Here, in the middle of bustling Maastricht, you can enjoy an oasis of calm. From small board meetings to large presentations, with the option to supplement your gathering with a catered lunch.
The meeting can also be concluded with a private wine tasting or an atmospheric dinner.

Bespoke
An atmospheric, intimate meeting room for up to 12 people or a larger space in the Orangerie, furnished according to your wishes. Various layouts are possible in all our rooms, suitable for the purpose of your meeting. We are also happy to help you plan the details and offer a range of possibilities.
Various layouts
In our beautiful Orangerie, we can host conferences, meetings and presentations for groups of up to approximately 100 guests. The room is equipped with a 75-inch TV screen with an HDMI connection and a sound system with a microphone. In addition, the Orangerie has a pleasant and easily controlled climate.
Time for a break
To start the meeting, or for a short break in between, we offer an atmospheric indoor space or our city vineyard. While enjoying a cup of coffee with Limburgse vlaai or a savoury snack, your guests can recharge. We also provide extensive lunch options to ensure your meeting is fully catered for.

Thiessen offers everything for a successful, informal drinks reception with carefully selected wines and tasteful amuse-bouches from our own kitchen. We are also the right place for a professional networking event. In addition, we organise fully catered evening parties in a unique setting, right in the heart of Maastricht.
