Wijngoed Thorn

Founded by winemaker Harry Vorselen, Wijngoed Thorn is a leading Dutch wine estate based in the historic little town of Thorn. With around 6.5 hectares of vineyards, the estate produces a range of wines, including Frühburgunder, a rarity in the Netherlands. Since 2018 the wine-growing area has fallen under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Maasvallei Limburg, which guarantees the quality and origin of the wines. The estate aims to produce characterful Meuse-valley wines through a combination of modern techniques, high quality standards and a deep passion for viticulture.
