CChampagne Bollinger, founded in 1829 and based in Aÿ, is one of the most prestigious Champagne houses in the world. Bollinger is known for its powerful, complex Champagnes, with a signature style marked by a high proportion of Pinot Noir and long ageing on the lees.

Production is based on traditional methods, including fermentation in small oak barrels and extended ageing in the cellars. Special Cuvée is the house’s calling card and perfectly reflects Bollinger’s signature style: rich, structured and elegant.
