Domaine Astruc was founded in 1862 and lies in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, a region known for excellent wines that offer good value for money. The estate combines traditional viticultural techniques with modern innovations, resulting in wines that are both characterful and approachable.

The Chardonnay Classique is made from carefully selected grapes that benefit from the Mediterranean climate, with sunny days and cool nights. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, giving it a subtle complexity and a pleasant roundness.
