Casal Farneto is a modern winery from the Italian region of Marche, founded in 1995 and located near Ancona, between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. Thanks to this location, the vineyards benefit from warm days and the cooling influences of sea and mountains, giving fresh, aromatic wines. The estate covers some 35 hectares and is strongly focused on expressing the local terroir.
The focus is above all on Verdicchio, the white pride of the region, from which Casal Farneto makes elegant, mineral and refined wines. The winery also produces red wines from grapes including Montepulciano. Sustainability and modern winemaking techniques go hand in hand here, with the aim of making pure, quality wines that let the character of the area speak clearly.
